Cards and drivers listed on this page have been tested by card vendors or product teams, and results have been reviewed by Autodesk product teams. The tests verify that the hardware supports the product features. Cards and drivers not listed may still work with the product, but Autodesk has not yet received or verified test results.
Autocad Graphics Driver
AutoCAD Performance Driver - NVIDIA Powerdraft performance driver for Autodesk's AutoCAD software. This standalone driver is only compatible with AutoCAD and "not" compatible with any AutoCAD derivatives products such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, and Revit.
To get support for AutoCAD derivative software please use the Quadro Graphics driver. This driver has integrated AutoCAD and 3ds Max Performance Drivers in the graphics driver with auto-detection, providing increased performance. It includes support for three latest versions of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and their derivatives.

As most AutoCAD users are aware, one of the best Autodesk software practices you can do is to incorporate an Autodesk Certified Graphics Card into your hardware. If you are using one of these graphics cards or choose to purchase one, you will also need to download the Certified Graphics Driver.
For the most part, installing the appropriate driver for the graphics card is easy. Simply select the product and year and find the card that you purchased. In the image below the last two columns on the right show the details of the driver. The name and version of the driver file can be found in the second to last column. The driver file can be downloaded and installed from the last column.
An issue arises here if you are using Windows 10 as well as an NVIDIA graphics card from this list. If you were to download the driver for your graphics card and start the installation, you simply will not be able to. This is because the driver installation process is no longer compatible with Windows 10. Because of this, you will have to track down the proper installation files for the driver needed.
5. The View Tune Log will show you if you hardware is certified, it will also show you your current application driver, an example is shown below. If your current driver says anything other than Software or AcadDM10.hdi, i.e., nvgl10.hdi, please see these links (Link1 & Link2) and switch your driver back to the Autodesk Driver.
6. If your system shows you do not have the latest certified graphics card driver, you need to go to the certification site to download the latest version. To download the latest version click the little blue arrow next to the corresponding driver for you hardware and operating system.

Even the latest Diver (11.9703)from Autodesks Support site does not fix all the problems found with the Nvidia professional graphics cards. and the Nvidia proformance divers still can't be used since they cause other problems. And why is that Nvidias web site is always 4 driver versions ahead of Autodesks web site but of those drivers none have been Autodesk certifide?
I am not sure I know what problems your are talking about here when you say "Even the latest Diver (11.9703)from Autodesks Support site does not fix all the problems found with the Nvidia professional graphics cards". Currently there are no known issues with this version of the driver, on the Autodesk side.
Nvidia releases new drivers about every two months. To protect our customers we do not always move to the newest driver. The first point of contention in our little investigation: are professional GPUs running superior hardware? The answer to that is mostly no. Modern pro-level graphics cards share the exact same core hardware as their consumer counterparts and as far as the silicon is concerned, have equal graphics compute potential.
